Working with the Local Authority Planning Department to obtain planning permission we use traditional and modern designs in keeping with the character of the particular location.

We focus mainly on individual developments to provide quality semi- detached and detached houses and homes for first time buyers and key workers.

All schemes are constructed in accordance with current Building Regulations and benefit from a 10 year N.H.B.C Warranty.
Our developments feature spacious living areas and comfortable bedroom sizes.

The kitchens and bathrooms have high quality fitments with contrasting wall tiling.

Some schemes include fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities.

We use high specification timber or UPVC sealed unit double glazed windows and external low maintenance finishes. Internally our schemes have high quality painted or stained internal joinery and a range of enhancing pastel wall colours.

In addition most schemes include pre-wired Satellite television connections and telephone points.
