Our Company prides itself on its customer care service both before and after completion of the house purchase.

We accept that purchasing a property is one of the most important decisions anyone has to make both financially and emotionally and we strive to make this commitment easier.

We will ensure that our staff are helpful courteous and co-operative at all times.

If the purchaser decides to purchase one of our properties off plan we can allow regular accompanied site visits prior to moving in.

We will provide purchaser with a copy of the N.H.B.C Home owners guide if the property is covered by an N.H.B.C warranty to assist the purchaser to settle into their new home.

Marketing

All our properties are presented to the market with a brochure detailing the layout, design, specification and location of the development.

We always instruct a reputable local Estate Agent with knowledge of the particular area.

Energy Ratings

All new properties constructed must comply with energy rating standards as required by the government.

New homes must have a National Homes Energy Rating (NHER) OR SAP* rating certificate when completed.

To achieve the required energy rating levels depends upon the construction materials used for the building and the level of insulation and type of heating.

The home energy rating standards are mandatory for new properties and are required to reduce the levels of CO² emissions being released into the atmosphere. This should also reduce heating costs and make the home more energy efficient.

GDPR DATA RETENTION/ PRIVACY STATEMENT

Barnfield Homes Limited (SME) will comply with Article 30 of the Regulation that states that organisations with fewer than 250 employees are not required to maintain a record of processing activities under its responsibility.

We only retain the Personal Data collected from an Enquiry or Buyer for as long as a transaction or other matter is active or otherwise for a limited period of time as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our Legal Obligations, Resolve Disputes and enforce our Agreements as follows:-

1.0 Billing of Maintenance and Management charges where applicable retained for a period of 7 years at which point it will be updated accordingly

2.0 Information on Legal Transactions between Client and 3rd Parties for a period of 12 years unless otherwise instructed which is the general limitation for civil claims
